Ashley, Dental Assistant
Ashley has been an MDC team member since 2003! She takes pride in taking the very best care of her patients & cherishes her relationships with her team members & her patients. Ashley & her husband Josh have three kids who love to spend time outdoors. She loves Jesus & gives God the glory for all things good in her life!
Rozeta, Dental Assistant
Rozeta has been part of Matthews Dental Care since 2003. She enjoys working alongside Dr. Palermo & taking care of patients. Doing so gives her the opportunity to closely interact with patients & utilize her professional skills. She is always ready to reassure patients with her warm smile & caring demeanor. When she is not working, Rozeta loves to travel & enjoys cooking.
Nicole, Dental Assistant
Nicole has been a team member with Matthews Dental Care since 2012 & she has over 15 years of dental experience. Nicole attended New Hampshire Technical Institute in Concord, New Hampshire. Nicole is very friendly & enjoys fostering relationships with patients to ensure that they are relaxed, comfortable & enjoy their dental experience.
Jacinda, Dental Assistant
Jacinda joined our office in 2005 after graduating from dental assisting school. Although you are most likely to see her when you come in for your hygiene visits, Jacinda will also be found assisting any of our doctors at any time. She supports all of our clinical team in offering exceptional care while being conscientious of our patients’ busy schedules & time constraints. Her greatest joy is found in spending quality time with her children.
Heather, Dental Assistant
Heather has been a dental assistant at Matthews Dental Care since 2022. What she loves most about working at MDC is getting the opportunity to be a part of a great team & take care of our amazing patients.
When not at work she enjoys traveling to new places with her husband, finding new restaurants to try & spending quality time with friends & family. She adores her cat Biscuit!
Caroline, Dental Assistant
Caroline, a Union County native, joined Matthews Dental Care in 2024 after graduating from Central Piedmont Community College. Caroline enjoys building relationships with her patients & putting their minds at ease during treatment. Caroline is proud to be a part of Matthews Dental Care because of their teamwork approach to delivering excellent patient care. She enjoys traveling, any outdoor activity & spending quality time with friends & family.
